Delivery pricing and feasibility depend on the home, destination, route, site access, terrain, placement requirements, equipment required, and other conditions.

Delivery arrangements will be confirmed before delivery.
Solar systems, battery systems, water systems, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other utility-related components have operating limits.
Actual performance depends on factors such as customer usage, weather, solar exposure, equipment configuration, property conditions, and maintenance.
My Tiny House Guys does not guarantee that a specific solar or battery system will support unlimited electrical use.
Customers may be asked to participate in a final inspection or walkthrough before delivery or project completion.
Any visible concerns should be identified as promptly as possible so they can be evaluated before final acceptance when practical.
Final inspection does not eliminate rights or responsibilities provided under an applicable written warranty.
Applicable warranty coverage is governed by the written warranty provided for the customer's home.

Customers may not provide proprietary designs or plans to another builder for commercial use unless authorized in writing.

At My Tiny House Guys, every tiny home is built specifically for the customer. Because our homes, designs, materials, upgrades, and customizations are prepared for individual projects, our return and refund policies differ from those of traditional retail purchases.
Tiny homes are custom-built products and cannot be returned once construction has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their home selection, floor plan, finishes, upgrades, customization requests, and other project specifications before final approval.
Deposits reserve project scheduling and allow work to begin on planning, design, materials, administration, and other project-specific requirements.
The refundability of a deposit will be stated in the customer's signed agreement.
Once non-refundable project expenses have been incurred, those amounts will not be refunded.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
If a project is canceled before construction begins, any refund will be determined after deducting applicable costs already incurred for the project, including:
Once construction has begun, payments associated with completed work, committed labor, ordered materials, custom products, and other incurred project expenses are non-refundable.

Custom, personalized, modified, fabricated, or special-order products and materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered or produced unless they are defective and covered by an applicable warranty.
We understand that customers sometimes change their minds during the process.
Whenever possible, we will work with you to accommodate requested changes. Changes made after selections, plans, or specifications have been approved may result in additional charges or changes to the project schedule.
Approved changes may require a written change order.
If a component of your tiny home arrives damaged or is determined to be defective, contact My Tiny House Guys as soon as possible.
Eligible defects will be handled according to the applicable warranty, manufacturer warranty, or project agreement.
A damaged or defective component does not automatically qualify the entire tiny home for return or refund.
Because each tiny home is constructed for a specific customer, completed homes are not returnable simply because the customer changes their mind.
Any construction defect, warranty concern, or incomplete contractual item will be addressed according to the customer's construction agreement and applicable warranty.
If a customer uses third-party financing, refund or cancellation requirements imposed by the lender may also apply.
My Tiny House Guys is not responsible for fees, interest, penalties, or other charges imposed by a third-party lender.
