Our aluminum kit homes give you the flexibility to complete your home yourself or work with contractors of your choice.

Depending on the design, some components or sections may arrive partially assembled by the manufacturer. The remaining construction, installation, and finish work is completed at your property.

A DIY kit home includes manufactured components that are delivered to your property for assembly and completion.

The amount of work completed before delivery will depend on the home design and package you select.

A kit home is not a completed residence unless your written project scope specifically says otherwise.

Unless included in your written agreement, the property owner is responsible for:

• Inspections
• Materials and services not included
• Utility, well, and septic connections

You are also responsible for making sure all onsite work complies with state and local requirements.
